Week 7: Frustration

I can’t work it out.  My weight fluctuates for no reason.  This week I put on 1.5lbs.

I’m going to have to start a food diary and get someone to read over it to find out where I’m going wrong.

I though I had had a good week too. :-(

    I could be that you are not actually eating enough. If you starve yourself then your body holds on to as much as it can. I am happy for you to send me a diary and I will see if I can help.

    Don’t get disheartened, your body just needs to get used to it.

    Hiya Hun, hope the WW books I dropped off will help you. Pity I didnt have a tracker you could have copied & then used to monitor your food intake! But making a diary is a great idea, do you remember the points? not sure if its worth counting points for a week or two, see how you go. Dont get disheartened, 5 1/2 lbs is still a good loss.
